Shipping Policy

  • You will receive tracking information via email or SMS once your order is shipped.
  • Delays due to weather, logistics issues, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated if applicable.

Note: Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.

Return Policy – 7-Day Window

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or without original packaging will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return: Email us at contact@myquenchly.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect item)

Once approved, we will guide you through the return pickup or drop-off process.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will initiate the refund within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item delivered.
